​Scholarship Disbursement Request Form

The College Bound Scholarship disbursement is exclusive to students who participated as seniors in our Academic Mentoring Program and were awarded a scholarship at our End of the Year Celebration.

The College Bound Scholarship will be disbursed in equal amounts at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters, except for scholarship amounts less than $500. The disbursement amount will depend on the total scholarship amount.

Disbursement Request Dates:
Fall semester: August 1st – September 15th
Spring semester: January 1st – February 15th

Break down disbursement information:

• < $500 (1 payment)
• $500 (2 payments of $250)
• $1,000 (2 payments of $500)
• $1,001-1,999 (8 equal payments)
• $2,000 (8 payments of $250)
• $6,000 (8 payments of $750)
• $10,000 (8 payments of $1,250)
• $20,000 (8 payment of $2,500)

​After submitting a completed application (including academic action plan and accurate college portal login information), students can expect their disbursement to be processed in two - three weeks.
