Welcome back College Bound family!
We are excited for the start of the 2022-2023 school year, and can't wait to reconnect with all of you. We want to start the year off right! Family Day, for those unfamiliar, is an opportunity for students and their families to connect with their mentors in person.
For our new students, this day will be very important in establishing a connection between you, your new mentor, and your family! We will kick of at 12:00 PM! Around 3:45 PM, we will head over to the Audi Field for the Howard vs Harvard Game which starts at 4:00 PM.
This event is required for all students & mentors planning on participating in the 2022-2023 school year, so please be sure to add the event to your calendar!
The event will take place at the Southwest Duck Pond, and will run from 12 PM - 3 PM. There will be representatives from various partner organizations
such as Umbrella Cares, AKAs, Deltas, and P.E.O.
Food will be offered at this event!! If you would like to reserve a meal from the Little Lady Grill & Sandwich Food Truck, please purchase a food option in your registration. While the original price and value for these meals are $15, College Bound is offering them to you now for $5! Each meal includes a salad, rice, and protein of your choice.
The fee for the DC United Game is $5 as well. Purchasing a $5 ticket ensures that a seat at the Audi Field. Your $5 fee get you a soccer game ticket worth $30!
