Senior Seminar

OCTOBER 2020 SENIOR SEMINAR REGISTRATION

Senior Seminar is a monthly workshop series designed to support students through their senior year of high school. Seniors are expected to attend each session. Participation counts towards the College Bound Scholarship Application.

Class of 2021 Senior Seminar Dates:

October 20th - FAFSA Workshop. Parents are encouraged to attend.
November 17th - TBA
December 15th – Alumni Panel
January 19th - College Bound Scholarship. Parents are welcome to attend.
February 16th - TBA
March 16th - TBA
April 20th - TBA
May 18th - TBA

*All sessions are scheduled Tuesdays, from 6:00-7:30 pm, unless otherwise noted.*

How To Enroll

College Bound emphasizes EDUCATION as the foundation for our partner-student relationships in the Academic Mentoring Program. Our focus on attending college gives these relationships a challenging but tangible and realistic goal.

You are eligible for the program if you are:

A Public/Charter School student in the DC Metropolitan area
Enrolled in a grade between 8-10
Committed to going to college
Committed to attending weekly meetings
Committed to working with a partner (mentor)
