Scholarship Disbursement Process
Disbursement Steps
1) Fill out and download Supplemental Forms
2) Complete Semester Updates
3) Fill out the CB Scholarship Disbursement Form ( Submit Supplemental Forms as attachments)
4) Receive your semester scholarship (2-3 week time period to receive)

The College Bound Scholarship disbursement is exclusive to students who participated as seniors in our Academic Mentoring Program and were awarded a scholarship at our End of the Year Celebration.
College Bound scholarships will be disbursed at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters. The disbursement amount will depend on the total scholarship amount. Disbursement Request Dates: Fall semester: August 1st – September 15th Spring semester: January 1st – February 15th General disbursement information:

Supplemental Forms
Prior to completing the CB Scholarship Disbursement Form, make sure to complete your Semester Updates (first semester students do not fill out semester updates) Semester Update Form After you have completed the supplemental forms and semester updates, you may access the Disbursement Request Form here: CB Scholarship Disbursement Form Fall 24 After submitting a completed application (including academic action plan and accurate college portal login information), you can expect your disbursement to be processed in two to three weeks. |
